Naturally Dyed Top 010

Vintage v-neck sleeveless top, with a narrow lace insert on the neckline and darts to create shaping on the chest, and a zip down the side seam. 

The top is 100% linen, there is no clothing manufacturer/retailer label or original size label, our measurements are shown below. 

This top has dyed dark blue in a strong indigo vat. 

The colours of naturally dyed fabric, especially garment dyed are never as solid as you might expect to find from a commercially synthetic dyed item of clothing so expect depth and variation in shade across the garment. 

Indigo is very light and wash fast, however fading will happen eventually - just like a pair of denim jeans. This will happen faster if the clothing is hung in direct sunlight or exposed to harsh detergents. 

This is best washed at 20 degrees on a moderate spin speed, with a pH neutral non-biological detergent. 

Due to the nature of indigo dye, some colour transfer may occur, especially when worn or washed alongside lighter fabrics.
